We read every message and aim to respond within a couple of business days, though busier periods can mean a slightly longer wait.
What we can help with

What we can't help with
We're an independent review and comparison site — we don't operate any poker room, process deposits or withdrawals, or hold player funds. If you have an issue with your account, a pending cash-out, a bonus that didn't credit, or a dispute over a hand, that has to go through the poker site itself, using the support channels listed on its own platform. We simply don't have access to account-level information or the ability to intervene in operator disputes.
